Broadband uncapping

I just heard about it this week and i was wondering if it is true? + how do you do it, is it hardware changes needed or software?

I don't even think you can do it - the cap is set hardwareily (I made up a word!).

I doubt you can - if you can, I'm sure it's glaringly illegal.

With a boradband connection, you can only go so fast, because of the bandwith caps. Remove them, and you go faster.

I've heard there is a way to do it without drawing attention from your ISP. You just have to keep it under a certain limit each month, provided you can find out what it is. Depending on your ISP you might get one or two big downloads a month at uber speeds. Not worth the risk.

you can uncapp it, but the company knows if your going over the cap, becasue they monitor all that stuff, and good luck at getting your broadband back.
