How do you get Sony to give your Chracter back?

Well I guess I have become victim to the chracter wipe they did while back. Wanted to return and play with my bro's in CDL and wanted to know how people have heard or have done to get their chracters back.

Pretty simple. Just press the CHAT button on the Launchpad.
Join the 'general' chatroom.

Talk to one of the Customer Service Representatives (They have BLUE names)
And ask for your character back

Had two members of my outfit do this recently, and they were pretty impressed with how quickly they got it.

Yup I just hit /appeal in game and I got it with in 15 minutes of the request. Good to see they backed peoples chracters up.
