What I would have liked to see in BFRs.....

As I look at the BFRs now, i think of what they could have done with them.

Being manned by only 1 or 2 people, i think they should have been much smaller. i envision them slightly more powerful then an mbt, and more mobile. the height maxing out at about 3 to 4 times the height of a soldier.

As they stand, they are too large for the crew, IMHO. I would make another variant, slightly bigger than the current BFRs, with atleast 3 or 4 crew members. If you want to make it big, MAKE IT BIG, and with a large crew.

well i dont think the MAIN part of BFRs was power i think they mostly added them in the for the customization.

i could have delt with smaller BFR's, more a liek a big max, but i woudl leave the power aat about the same.

...or we could get mini-BFR's something akin to a proto-mech was to big 'ol mechs, bigere and a max but smaller than BFR. Like a lightining on legs, but with BFR shields(same armor as lighting) and amr mounted normal weapons(liek the del varient weapons. One big one(75mil/del gun) and one smaller gun(single 12mm, or AA weapon) they would have to be fast too, 70kph running speed much more agile than a BFR too. All have JJ's.

There are a lot of niches for future vehicles to fill, alright. But BFRs were meant to be heavy tanks, so they're what they are now. Doesn't mean there won't be some less durable but more mobile variants to come later, of course, but right now their goal is to make the new king of the battlefield, so the smaller versions you guys are suggesting really wouldn't fit.
