how can i make play test patches go faster?

Well, my play test starts downloading patches that take like 9 hours, I think I have them already... Anyways how can i make them go faster?

You could Recopy your PlanetSide directory again so that when you recopy it, it has most of the patches, and the only patch you would have to get is the newest Test Server patch...

.... plz read his post man. Just copy and paste your PS folder over your test and then run TestServer.exe

it still tkaes like 5 hours,i followed everything that it said on the site... :S

1) create a folder on your pc, and call it "PS test" (or whatever)
2) go into your harddrive and find planetside C:programfiles, sony, planetside.
3) then copy everything from inside that folder into your new folder "PS test".
4) remove all the startup buttion exsept the "planetside test"
5) click that "planetside test" button

there you go, should cut it down

ok,thanx alot :D ......BUT now i got a new problem,every time I start PS it starts updating it for like 2-5 hours (not play test) its really annoying....

Yeah everyone seem sto be getting that, just restart the patcher when it freezes and try again.

AND guess what?!?! one more problem, :D :D :D when i press "Play" I get an error message, or the box where it says "Send error report" or sumthin,mine is in Swedish :S

Uninstall.. reinstall.. Enjoy! maybe you shouldnt be playing planetside with a Slow connection.

i have a 8 mb connection,might get a 24....aint that slow i think :S thanx anyways :D
