It's a RTS like AoE, but way better.

Probably. I asked him what games he already had, he has a bunch of racing games. I'm sure if we introduced him to the fun little world of RTS or FPS's, he'd kill loads of time.

Anyways, yes, I own Rise of Nations, and I have Thrones and Patriots. The biggest gripe I have with the game is that there are three nations which totally wtfpwn all the other nations.

Well, yeah, but overall, RTS's are definately MUCH better played on PC's...

And I play France... I refuse to play as American's, Egyptian's, or Bantu's, they are just far too overpowerred...

I like doing custom battles in Rome Total War, where my entire army is just wardogs, and I zerg them at another equally large horde of peasants. its quite entertaining to watch.
