With a nice glass of wine.
Hmmm indeed. The part of this I have yet to harness is the correct choice of wine, I always seem to choose something that tastes too much like fruit when it should be stronger and etc.

By the block. You then hack it up with a butcher knife, smear it with the blood of a virgin, orffer it to satan, and then consume it. BEFORE IT CONSUMES YOU! MWAHAHAHA! :fu:   :furious:  :flamemad: :furious: :fu: :fu:

Cheese from the supermarket deli. It's usually pre-sliced.

That poll is seriously lacking.
Being a certified Anco Cheese Specialist, I poo-poo all you choices, Triple Creme Brie, from a WHEEL, spread on French bread, with some grapes on the side is where it is at.

I prefer cheeseballs, but blocks will suffice.
Any but they have to be goat cheese and not in silly string or whatever.

My favorite is Port Wine. It's got these like soft nut shell things on the outside. And the inside has wine soaked into a strong cheddarish cheese. Look it up if you ever get the chance, it goes great with wheat thins!

I'm actually a big believer in the symbiotic relationship between cheese and whatever it's paired with.
Thus, my first choice is melted. However, barring that, I like the craft singles-style pre sliced jobbies.
