Ok, tell the guy to focus on the building next time.
Liquidtide

Like I know who this 'guy' is, maybe it was a chick. It's probably not focused becasue of the intensity of the fire and light causing it to not focus correctly. Any more dumbass comments?

You're trying to run a donation drive and yet here you are threating one of your large contributers with a ban over a silly comment. That's a great way to encourage new contributers.

You think just because someone donates that I am going to let them do whatever the fuck they want on my forums? Think again, donating is not a free ticket to immunity here. People need to clean up their acts and quit trolling.

Here's an idea. Let's publically threaten and insult one of our longtime members, that will definitely clean up some of the attitudes around here!
There have been about a thousand posts here much more trollish than that, and Sputty gets threatened with a ban? Sounds like some misdirected anger to me, I'm sure there are many others here that deserve to be threatened alot more than Sputty does. Besides, in a case like this, don't you think a PM would be alot more effective than public ridicule?
If I'm wrong, je suis desole, but yeesh man. Be consistant.

Choo Choo Now entering track 6 the topic back on track.
I am loving fire academy, and just for volunteering. It's a lot of work (150 hours) but well worth it. Riding the big red trucks is amazing and helping people is what it's all about. I've already seen regular people do amazing things in key situations.

Being a firefighter is a fullfilling job I'd imagine, My cousin is working to become one. Hard to get in around here however. The village I work for has 2 volunteer fire departments that provide protection. We give those guys and gals a good deal of crap over sitting around, washing the fire apparatus' and bar-b-queing .. but when the defication hits the oscillating rotary .. they have my respect for what they do.
Thankfully the majority of the time we dispatch them it's for an EMS call. Good luck with your pursuit Liquidate, it's a noble profession.

Liquidtide

Alma Mater = college you graduated from
New Jersey is the only state (save Alaska) that doesn't have a University of ______ or ________ University. Rutgers is basically New Jersey's state school, but a few years ago they wanted to start calling us NJU and it just got ugly. Rutgers was formed in 1766 and is sometimes confused as an Ivy League school. They won the first ever collegate football game against Princeton over 100 years ago.
