Patcher Initializing

First of all I downloaded the original trial a while back. I got a new invitation to the 7 day trial first off... i only can start the test server. Second off everytime i on the regular launchpad for planetside for the regular servers it says patcher intitalizing and hangs. Please help!

you'll need to reinstall if you've applied the test server patches; there isnt a way to roll those back
