I work at DHL (Big frieght shiping company). We had over 200 boxes labeled "Halo 2: Do not sell until 12:01 11/9/04" come through my area tonight. I was almost tempted to steal one :p

not true, I did not have sexual relations with that woman Yea, a store got shut down recently for selling Doom 3 early. Activision threated to sue EB, EB took the franchise away from the Store Owner.

EB is corporated owned. I'm pretty sure there are no franchises.

Most stores have it already. You're much safer convincing someone at a Target or Wal Mart it's ok to sell than holding up a game store...because if you didn't get away the cops would take Halo 2 from you, and then you won't be playing on launch date.

And all EB's and Gamestops will be open at midnight so if you got it there prepare to enjoy at midnight. :)

yah know. Im just gonna head to EB games an hour before it closes. Waltz up to the Xbox section pick up a copy of Halo2 and waltz up to the coutner and then right outta the store. Very casually.
