i need help

one of my friends cant play becuase he sais that after about 5 mins of playing the game freezes...does anyone know what could help, otherwise he cant play :(

Hm. we need a bit more information than that. Has he tried a full scan? updated all his drivers, and done a virus scan? what are his system specs?

Does he have the latest version of DirectX, does his machine fir the recommended minimum requirements?
