Seems that schools these days are cracking down on irrelevant things like this, it's a shame it really is to think a kid cant do a cartwheel while playing during lunch. Heh I'm glad i got out of school before they got like this or i would of been suspended alot.

oh and here I thought it was just that guy that I had locked up in my closet scraping at the door..............I shouldn't have said that should I have.......but uh yeah they had the same rules at my elementary school and that was like 6 years ago but no one ever got kicked out or suspended or anything, I mean who really wants to do a handstand on a nice pebble strewn asphalt playground anyways

jesus christ, when i was in elementary school we had a freaing boot camp quality obstacle course, and 25 foot climbing poles which we would jump off of...i think cartweels were one of the least dangerous thing ive ever done

The girl doesn't need to be doing cartwheels in a luntch room. Now if it were outside on the playground then I don't see anything wrong with it

... that was a joke right?

Safety Nazi's fucking suck, most of them don't give a shit about whether something is dangerous or not, they just get there kicks from forcing other people to do what they want them too.

I wasn't allowed to do any martial arts excercises in elementary school. Apparently I was supposed to smoke, drink, and do PCP instead.

Not unless Richard Ashcroft's new job is forum-mod.

Of all tyrannies a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppresive. it may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber barons cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own consience.

Never said anywhere that it was in the lunchroom. At my school we ate outside or inside. So you cant prosume that it was in the lunchroom (inside)

poor kids in our area will never again get to have to opotunities to beark bones on giant concreate mountian thing, that was hollow so you could climb up a ladder on the indide to get to the top. It was huge and have bushes and stuff growing on it, made for awsome hide and seak and nerf games.

they killed it becasue it was too dangeous apperantly. IT was the most awsome playground evar, it makes me sad that we keep tightineng the noose down on little kids. OMG they might get the flu and be sick for a week so lets stick 'em full of needles. and OMG that thingy is not wraped in sponges my iq 70 child might bash his head on it reapeadedly and injure himself.

Which is what I said.

What the article said was 'lunch-time'. Usually lunchtime is not spent 100% on lunch, rather lunch and then play. At no point was lunch-room mentioned

(This is directed at the guy who actually said it in the first place).
