no he's not......illegal stupidity deserves punishment....they may have only been 14 and 15 but they took something that was not theirs...no mercy sometimes. i myself would not have done that but it probably would have crossed my mind as an option.

Most people have something called common sense, one of the main dictations of common sense is that, if there is an action, there will always be a reaction. On occasion, someone is a little nuts, and they will do crazy shit like chop your penis off if you cross them. Yes, but the crime should fit the punishments. If he simply gave them the beating of their lives or broke a few bones I wouldn't have a problem, but what he did was serious fucking overkill.
