If you could make a video game to movie, what game and who would star?

I would like to make Half Life the movie, with... I used to think that Nicholas Cage would be perfect, but he's getting a tad old. Maybe Thomas Jane star of The Punisher could pull it off.

I would also like to make a series of EQ Movies, CGI in the same vein as the FF series quality wise, I think there is a market for such, but it would be hard to pull off I think without the idea being corrupted by hollywood...

Besides EarthBound and Zelda, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Computer animated like Shrek (but not stupid like Shrek). Make Mario never talk like usual.

Its funny because a few class mates and I had a discussion about this about 3 months ago. We decided the best games that could become movies would be the Metal Gear Series. All of the games get their own movie. I mean, the story line is god damn good already! It wouldnt need much tweaking.

True its too confusing but it could be simpler.
1 beginning, let Link run through the 3 days in the first place to get the Ocarana,
2 go back to day 1,
3 go through each temple, get each temples masks and weapons within the 3 days
4 between those temples you go to the engaged couple for their tasks.
5 in the end you help Kafie (or however u spell it) get the last mask, then you run back to his fiansie (omg sp), get that mask
6 go back to Skull Kid, into the moon
7 give each kid back their transforming mask and the other one the mask you got from the couple
8 go to majora and get the super mask thing
9 fight.

its so easy, however you do leave out like 26 other masks....



Another good movie would be tribes2, starwolf vs bioderms (Vin Diesel)
And "Orgins of Auraxis-the planetside movie". oh yea, i'm just cooking up movie titles here.
