Patching time

Is the patching timer inaccurate? its says 15 hours reamining im not sure if that would be correct? is it =x

in the beginning, its a little inaccurate, yes i get the 15 hours remaining too. but later around after maybe 20 minutes, it goes down to the time it should be.
