2. Not even some lowly weapon cert is 1 cert point. Nothing is at all... why make the Harasser worth 1 cert point?

You have to look at the Harasser compared to other vehicles...

Though if anything the Harasser should remain 2, and the other vehicles should be adjusted...

Ok, here is my beef. For the assault buggy cert(3 certs) you get three vehicles. For the misquito you only get one and its 3 (I think, or 2). Why? It's not like it's a destructive force to be reconed with. It's just for transport really.

I think it's fine where it is, a fast two man vehicle for one cert point doesn't seem like a great idea.

What? I haven't played PlanetSide in a little bit, but last I checked, the Assault Buggy cert only gave your Empire Specific Assault Buggy and the Skyguard. The reason that and the Mosquito are the same price is because the Assault Buggies require more than one person to operate and full capacity. An Assault Buggy armed with one person is going to lose a fight against a mosquito with one person (unless the mosquito pilot is a tard and doesn't kill the driver when he's switching from the Skyguard driver to gunner, but still). Solo Vehicles will always cost more than Group Vehicles.
