? about making an outfit

Anybody know if making an outfit or squad is anything like a guild in EQ/DAoC something like that. I use to be a GM for a guild in DAoC but man some of them ppl cryed to much.
I would like to make an outfit in PS with ppl that want to have fun learn some combat tactics and make new friends stuff like that;) ;)

Well if you know pls post here and let me know what you think I have not followed the game that close as I have been fighting for Uncle Sam for the last year. ( was kinda hoping to come home and PS be up and running hehe )

PS has in-game recruiting like any other MMO, but PS isn't out, so we are making unofficial outfits. Simply declare what empire you are, if you are specialized, and create a roster.
