View Full Version : A Traumatic Evening

I was playing planetside with the darkskies at 4:20 PM when my sister started screaming something about choking. I told her to shut up and stop freaking out, because she usually did freak out because of little things that were not important. When I took a closer look.. our little dog was choking. My mom (who was training to be a vet but dropped out to become a teacher) went and tried to save him. I had to hold him down. By this time.. he was laying in the bathroom squirming. my mom attempted to see what was in his mouth, getting bit each time. By the time her hands started bleeding, our dog was unconcious. I thought he was dead, so I panicked and freaked out. Somehow, my mom managed to get the piece of potato choking my dog out of this airway, and *shake* him to life. It was very traumatic. Eventually, he started breathing, but I still thought he was dead. Hes alright now.. but what a fucking night.

Next time pick him up and shake him with his head aimed at the floor, if you don't drop him he'll drop it out :p.

Disclamer: I am not responsible for any brain damage.

NEVER....SHAKE...A BABY!

Sorry, that was an actual ad we had to watch in grade 9 health. That was what it said, I always found it funny
NEVER SHAKE A BABY!
Or a puppy

Ok
shake babies as much as you want
Be nice to puppies, and kittens, and small birds

I did that, but with a human.

I didnt peform CPR. But while I was a lifeguard at a lcoal waterpark, there's this lazy river. Well, I saw some guy waving at me. I smiled back, then I saw he was trying to get my attention, and at the same time holding a girl up out of the water. My training snapped, and I dove in letting my life preserver (which was a big orange floppy dildo looking thing) float behind me. I swam up, pulled her onto the preserver while paddling backwards, keeping her head above water like I was trained. By that time another lifeguard (Senior Lifeguards, they got payed, I was a Jr. Lifeguard, it was a summer camp) dove in and took over.

My heart was pumping the whole time, scared me shitless.

Glad your dog is ok.

BTW, The girl who I saved had a seizure. She wasnt drowning.

My cats tend to puke alot. One of them also got stung by a bee(on the lip) when she tried to eat a bee's nest. Thats about it though.

I totally misread that first sentence as "I was playing planetside with the *******" and stopped reading after that.
