Okay so I posted WOtW teaser. Now heres the new willy wonka trailer

I dunno about this one. I'll probably rent it. Johnny Depp doesn't come off as a very good willy wonka to me.
The song pisses me off.

Deja-vu.
They've changed something. [Or have they? I don't think so.]

Ok, Hees a great actor. But wow, what the wrong part for him. I truly dont think anyone can do it better than Gene Wilder (SP) the guy from blazing sadles. He was truly what i was thinking about the hole preview. And Depp just has this horrible smile on the whole time. Yuck.

I'd like to see Depp pull off the boat part when they start going down the chocolate river really fast.
"There's no telling where were going!"
We already had this thread.

But that one didn't have a scary trailer that sounded like Munchkins on crack singing.

I can't wait to see it. Willy Wonka was like, a staple of my youth. My little sister was scarred by the fact that we'd call her Veruca Salt and my brother even more scarred that we'd call him Augustus Gloop. I loved the original movie.
And I love Johnny Depp - I have faith in his leet acting skills. That trailer left much to be desired but I suspect the midget-sounding song was to make the movie seem more light-hearted than it really is. Tim Burton is directing it, afterall, so how "It's A Small World" could it be?
