HL2 save file request

I have been playing through HL2 really slowly because single player games dont really holy my attention. I do play occationaly and had gotten a little past where you get the bug bait and controll the antlion swarms. Then my computer decided to commit suicide and I lost all my data including these save files. Could someone get me a save file from about here. I just got the bait and made my way to that part on the beach with all the bunkers with force fields and turrets. If someone could send me their save file from this location that would own. Email it to [email protected].

Use the mapskip cheat.

It's map <whatever. prolly something like d(1,2,3,4)_beach or something>

Wait, how does this cheat work? I never heard of it.

Go into the console

Type: map <map name>

It's not a cheat, it's just the "map <mapname>" command in the console.

Just play through again. Its worth it.

I've beaten it on every difficulty like twice now.

sv_unlockedchapters x
Use values 1-15. Setting game variable. Unlocks the game up to the specified chapter number, handy after re-installs.

Try that :).
