No.
Reduced Inflation means people are buying less, and therefore the economy is growing slower than it could, depending on what you mean by "reduced" inflation. Either way, high inflation is a bad sign, but also can be a good one, showing people are spending a lot, and if inflation got too high governments would raise interest

No.. what it means is that those with weak economies have to pay more for goods from us. Tough shit, blame your government :P We on the other hand get it the opposite way, our currency is so strong that we pay less to import goods from you.
Therefore it's the win ;)

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you're allowed to keep gold bullion in your possession. You�re allowed to own a certain amount of gold coins and such but you have to turn any bullion over to Ft. Knox.
