I know that 1 OP= 100BEP, but what is it with CEP? and is it true that you get OP from healing/repairing? is so what is the connection? (eg 1BEP:0.01OP)

hmm.. My outfit never lets me get CEP EVER so I wouldnt know
but I highly suspect you get OP from CEP

not sure about that healing/repairing thing though...

correct. your outfit may lie to you to get you to repair and heal them though. that's what i'd do
