Are you sure your keyboard isn't just broken? I tend to find that most hackers aren't really interested in l33tly hax0ring some random guys keyboard..

Pull your keyboard out the back.

Is it USB? If it is, check to see if you need to install any drivers for it.
Is it the other type? If it is, check the pins. If it looks like one is missing or bent, then that's your culprit. You need to buy a new keyboard. They're not expensive.

Are you sure someone didn't just change your keyboard to another nationality setting? Someone probably just set your keyboard to Chinese or something. Its a common prank. It completely fucks up how their keyboard works, wont be detected by anti-virus or anything (duh, 'cause technically nothing is wrong, just configured incorrectly) and will usually drive them crazy.

Funny as hell to watch.
