Well I didn't really want to do this, but with Giovanni's complete lack of situational awareness I think it's neccessary to justify and explain my decision.

The reason I have left (and this will most certainly be my last post) has absolutely nothing to do with the 'abuse' I was getting from you or anyone else, which was, as I pointed out earlier, nothing compared to what I was used to on OF. I left over a matter of principle. I felt netarun's ban was utterly unjustified and represented a poor moderator decision which seemed to forgo the usual checks and balances policy in favour of outright 'Oh he deserved it' style draconian moderating. I've moderated forums larger than this and I can tell you for a fact that that's simply bad practice. It is not difficult to create for yourself a situation where you can ban with absolute and total moral justification and as such, bring everyone over to your side. Subtlety and common sense it would seem, were forgone for outright silliness. On a forum where several posters really do deserve to be banned (and lusence/nuisance would be at the top of that list) and are seemingly ignored and then a poster is banned without warning or in my opinion proper justification, I believe this is nothing short of a travesty.

And a last word to Gio. If you can't hack it, keep up with the pace, know what you're talking about etc, then personally I wouldn't bother posting. I mean if you really wish to make yourself look ignorant then that's your own business but that's my advice to you..
