Has anyone but me noticed it? Well, maybe its just a Werner-VS thing, but the Planetside population is going up. Picture it, the forums covered with "Planetside Dying" threads, people barely being able to poplock a continent during prime-time, and then out of the blue, there are pop-locks again. Oh must be a one off.. but wait again and again, day after day. And lots more lfs/o people. What's going on?! It's a miricle!

I've seen a lot of new people on Markov too. I think there's 3 reasons:

1: That last set of BFR nerfs
2: Aftershock being in stores (everyone buys a game with 2 expansion packs)
3: Christmas presents... (when in doubt, parents get the 3d MMO war game for their kids)

That's the most marketing I have ever seen for Planetside, seriously. I been around since release. What y'all think of as populated is nothing compared to what this game used to be. More then one continent would be locked quite often.



Edit: Just fixed my drivers and finally got to watching this, I'm wondering if it's false advertisement. The mass group of aircraft is something I have never seen unless it's an outfit planned assault or for acting/filming. Same for the rapid gal drops. So, is some of this staged for filming?
