This is meant as a friendly challenge, to encourage contribution. If you have a few bucks to spare, great. If not, i understand, i had nary a dime only a few months ago. So there's no judgement here, only good will.

I don't give to brag, so I won't disclose the ammount,
But I will say that no one else will even come close, and if they do I'll be preasently suprised... I own ALL At charitable donations and Huumility!!!! :groovy:

This isn't about bragging, but rather friendly competition and goading. If someone out-contributed me, i'd be delighted and they would be remembered in song. Most ppl are only motivated by competition, so i was hoping at least one person would beat my donation. i'd condisider that a success.

Eh, if I get this new job I'm interviewing for on Friday, I'm sure I could. But as a college student who is currently only making $85 a week... :(

Well, it's not much, but whenever our school collect money every morning, I put in what I can, I think I've put in $3.50 by now... but I'll keep putting in more as I can...

I'm in the same boat as Pilgrim, I don't devulge my donations to anyone but the guy who does my taxes.

Yeah, it is cool to see that everyone is doing what they can to help. Aside from those Tamil Tiger buttholes. Time to plow them under, IMHO. It is also great to see that the US isn't the only country getting involved on a large scale.
Nothing like a disaster to bring people together and show our true character. i hope the US steps up and that the world will see it. So far i think we as a nation and individuals are rising to the challenge admirably.
