Which came first? Discuss.
I mean a chicken can't be created without an egg but and egg can't be created with out a chicken.
!!I know the real answer and will post it tommorrow!!
Niether, the chickens ancestor came from a pool of chemicals like we did.

The egg.
Technically the modern chicken as we know it had to be born at some point for the first time, and since that "new" chicken was being formed differently in its slightly genetically differing DNA, the egg had to come first.

The creatures we call chickens come out of eggs, if it didn't come out an egg it was not a chicken, but a very close relative of a chicken who layed the first egg that a chicken came out of, therefore the egg came first.

lol, chickens are super rad
and yeah, evolution is small variations in genetic data
or, deformities so something was born with the LAY AN EGG DNA
and it LAYED AN EGG when it was raped by the male chickens

The Chicken came first when God created all animals. Then the chicken and the rooster would later reproduce.

the penis came first...then the vagina...oh, um...the chicken? if you think about it, evolution probably made it lay eggs...it seems to make more sense for the chicken to have come first.

That's not an explanation. There is no proof of it.
But the more scientific cause is the Evolution theory.

Dinosaurs laid eggs. So eggs.

Evolution is harder to prove then you think.

Evolution is harder to prove then you think.
There's not enough proof for either Evolutionism or Creationism, so let's leave it at that...

Evolution is harder to prove then you think.
But whereas we have physical evidence, the Creationism Theory only has a book.

The only reason why Evolution isnt a law of science is because you can't actually watch an example of it happen. otherwise, all the evidence is there.

Assuming we last hundreds of thousands of years, we will be able to look back at information gathered in today's time, and prove it.

For all of you interested. I would recommend that you read two books. First Darwin's Black Box (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0684834936/qid=1105392773/sr=8-1/ref=pd_csp_1/002-4705384-9675244?v=glance&s=books&n=507846) by Michael Behe and The Case For Faith (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0310234697/qid=1105392842/sr=2-1/ref=pd_ka_b_2_1/002-4705384-9675244) by Lee Strobel, specifically Objection #3.

Ok here's the answer:
The egg, because dinosaurs have laid eggs far before chickens existed.

Can we just drop it? Both sides, this is off topic... wait, I take that back.
The 'The topic has been resolved, but the thread lives on rule' applies here, I think.
Are all fossils just tests of a person's faith, then? They're all just dead things from before the Flood? Can sedimentry rock really be formed in 3000 years?

BUAHAHAHA! Whoever said the Chicken or the chicken egg? No! It's always been and always will be the chicken or the egg? Therefore I think i'm accurate, if i were to start a new topic stating WHICH CAME FIRST the chicken or the CHICKEN egg then I would be extremely wrong.

What?
Moving on, I beleive the egg would have to have come first. Whether it was created by a higher power, or was the result of millions of years of evolution, you cannot argue otherwise.
