One thing, though, Trillain 3's IRC Client is EXTREMELY stripped down from Trillian 2, since they're remaking the IRC Client again for Trillian 3.

now consumer software and games(ie windows and other basic stuff) that costs up to $100 or so is not up there on my warezable list.

But corporate software like Photoshop and Office and AutoCad that can cost $300-$1500 might as well be warzed, as people who will warez that stuff wouldn't have bought it other wise, and no money is lost.

Basicaly Coporations can't warez stuff the get autided ect. so they buy what the need to produce and they have to do so no matter what. But home users that can't realy afford it and so if warezing wasn't availible they would just be shit out of luck.

So companies don't acctualy loose big time ammounts of money as they wouldn't have made money off it in the first place.

Yes, in beta. Now it is the official build.

Shows how well I've been paying attention lately. Been using Trilian for a few years now .. payed and downloaded it. Installed right over Pro 2 with no problems.

Anyone have some decent scripts available for Trillian? I've had the perl plugin installed for a while but haven't given it a shot yet.

Well, there are some annoying things about Pro 3 that 2.013 didn't have a problem with...

- IRC Client is extremely stripped (they're remaking it so it's more like a plug-in)
- No medium specific icon's
- No medium specific font's
- Trillian seems to have a problem with fonts in the first place.

Other than that, Trillian Pro 3 is great, especially legally bought...

I just got the trial version of Pro and i have to say there is a big difference between the Basic and Pro versions. Pro is a must have and i defently will be buying this after the trial is done

The IRC client has always been a pos, just the bare essentials to get you chatting.
Since 2 they removed medium specific icons for copyright reasons, they have only been available by skinning since.
