Thinking about starting forum (not gaming or PSU related), but I have no clue on who or whom I should use to host this? Any suggestions?

Any web hosting service that supports php and mySQL if you want your own domain. Then I would install PHPBB (http://www.phpbb.com/) on it. If you are looking for cheap hosting I would point you towards 1&1 (http://www.1and1.com).

If you want a free forum there are sites that will host it with advertisements. One example is phpBB Host (http://phpbb-host.com/).
