I felt the whole thing was more watered down than usual because of last years "Malfunction", commercials sucked, halftime sucked for the most part. The only good part was my Pats won :D

Aye, everything was real soft. I was very sad with the comercials, halftime was unique, quiet in some cases, but overall good.

What was your favorite comercail? mine was the one in the airplane when the paracuter didn't wanna jump so the guy leading him through out a 6 pack of budlight and then the pilot jumps out of the plane with no paracute after the budlight. And another one where everyone is singing that song Tomorrow and John Gruden (the coach for the Buccaneirs(sp) i forgot his name) is singing then he turns around to his kids and yells nock it off.

i never got to see that one but i heard it was good, so i have to go with a different one....i liked the one with the the cadillac convertible where the daughter steals it to go marry her boyfriend, and far off the father cuts them off and stops them on the road, and when she is explaining to her father how much she is in love with him and how he wants to marry him, he just says "it's ok, just take your mothers car."


also the other cadillac commercial where the car backs up into a tunnel and speeds out like a bullet...

Halftime show blew. Our party turned it off and played pool and Madden till game started. Commercials were ok, only a few good ones. Great game and won me $70 on it too.

Half time show = not bad. not as "exciting" as last year's show, but not bad. And, of course, commercials good but not GREAT. Meh.

My favorite was either the one with the cat, or the one with Burt Reynolds. And yes, I too would like a Cadilac. It's not an old person car anymore, thank christ.

obviously, I'm the only person who was cheering for Philly. I think it's just because I wanted everyone on ESPN to quit acting like they all know everything about sports just because they can tell me the Pats are good. That was annoying. YES the Pats are GOOD. NO you're not a sports genius. Oh, and I wanted T.O. to get MVP so they'd all shut up about how he was going to be a blight to the team because of his ankle (10 catches for 150 yards, or something like that.) Oh well. Westbrook would've gotten it if the Eagle's had won anyways. Even though he fucked up a lot, too.

And, I know it's stupid to say: if they had done this, or, if they hadn't done this, BUT, had dumb ass McNabb not thrown FIVE interceptions then the Eagles would've taken that game. The Pats defense just knows how to get to the ball, and their pass rush was amazing. McNabb didn't get the time he needed in the pocket. Meanwhile, Ried pulled the pass rush card once in a blue moon, giving Brady all the time in the world. You can't do that! Brady's too good a quarterback. He makes excellent decisions and is quick with the release. You have to put pressure on him. Did the Eagles do that? No. Was it the team's fault? No. It was Ried and Jim Johnson that didn't call blitz enough. Meh. Game's over. Gotta give credit where credit's due. The Patriots are a damn good football team. That's what it comes down to. Maybe next year, Philly.

Never was a Pats fan, and since Pittsburg didn't make it .. well .. Philly had a good year, woulda been nice to see them achieve that.

Too bad he couldn't hold on to the ball better or choose other targets .. majority of attempts went to T.O. and Westbrook. Several times there were open receivers but he was looking the other way. Unfortunately this happens with every team .. so it's a mute point. Yep .. overall bad call selection against the Pats defense.

Meh. Game's over. Gotta give credit where credit's due. The Patriots are a damn good football team. That's what it comes down to.Gotta agree with that .. much as I hate to. :p
