Merit list

Could anybody tell me where I can find a list of all the merits available atm and how to get them ect?

I heard there are a few websites that have the info on how to get um ect.

P.S. If any of you have got the exploration merit plz could you post details of where each rock is on the continents as I am having trouble finding them :p

Here's the ones i remember for exploration:

Cery: right next to the super tall bridge, use air cav to get it don't jump off the cliff, seriously.

Cyssor: on the island with gunuku

Searhus: northern tip of the mountains, one of the northernmost roads leading into them

Esamir: on that southern tip thing (i think)

Hossin: in the south jungle
