Sound Issues

Ever since I installed Republic commando, I've been getting sound echos. Rebooting has no effect. The only hardware change I've made lately is replacing the system's old CD-ROM with a new DVD-ROM drive.

Anybody have any ideas?

Disregard. Reinstalled the drivers and now all is well.
