Operation Timed out

Ok when i try to log into planet side. I put in my password and click sign in. It say processing login, then it says error - operation timed out. Ive tried it on both of my comps with 2 accounts. Same thing happens. wtf ?

Ya it did that for me for like an hour but then it stoped and i got in game.
