It has, and always will be, Pop.

I took a trip to San Francisco one time and asked a lady at a register "What kind of pop do you have?". She looked at me and asked me if I was from Rochester NY, which I am, more or less. She said that she could tell by my accent and the term "pop". It was definately a little wierd.

As for "Other" I'm guessing its terms like "Cola", "soft drink", or perhaps "carbonated beverage" :p
