Oh, guess I didn't read down far enough, they outline a few other projects too. The one I read about was the microwave beam emitter that makes you feel like you're getting burned.

Saw it in Popular Science also...but on Discovery, my favorite was the one that focused low frequency waves at your stomach that makes you hurl chunks.
