Version 4.0

what do you guys think will be in 4.0? i tend to think it will be base redesigns, even though sam is keeping quiet and saying that they are far behind. What do you guys think?

When I was in dark skyes there was alot of buzz going around TS about bases with multiple CC's to hack to capture a base. This was back in february though, I don't know much about it
