I've tried it many times and on diffrent web brousers and even diffrent e-mails but everytime i press ok, it just refreashes

if irs my pc, could i pm someone my e-mail to try it please.
(if you see me sig, i left PS in Jan and thinking of coming back)
edit - problem solved, got a friend to do it. But now i have no-idea what to do next with the key
