Implement the read all button clicky thing

Where you can click the icon to the left of the forum and it marks all threads as read. Please.

You can mark individual forums read in the Forum Tools drop down at the top. You can mark the whole forum read at the bottom of the front page. It is possible to do it like IPB, but the tools are already available.
