How do you think the PS Free play is going to do?

Well its almost time for Planetside for free..with restrictions. but anyways I really think that its going to get this game huge again. Maybe even locking 3 planets at once. That would own. But tell you the truth. This is making me more excited about the game then the new suff in game. I cant wait.

Well that 30 day reactivation worked for my outfit. I have about 20 or so people that just came back b/c of that 30 day reactivation they are all resubbing, most of them already have their Credit Card info typed in. :)

I'm hoping it'll drag some of my friends. I let some of em play occasionaly on my profile, but it would be much more fun playing along side them. Especailly if i can d/l PS to the other 5 gaming computers there are at the teen center at the school.

I think it's going to draw in a bunch of idots similar to the crowds that were in beta. It will attract the racist, foulmouthed, Team Killing rabble. The best part of Planetside is that the monthly fee keeps out the riff raff.

I predict the freeloaders will be the deathnail to this game. They don't have enough customer support folks to enforce all the issues these guys will bring. It will scare away all the paying folks.

I almost didn't buy the game when it launched because of the behavior of the beta testers. I was pleasantly surprised when most of those wankers went away at release because they had pay to play.

I think it's all about timing. Been browsing some boards talkin about this Free PS trial, most of them are saying "Wow PS is finally gonna be free?" as their reason for jumping in. If they release the Fodder program and then all these new changes a month or so after, that might be the catch to reel all them noobies in.

I like the idea. I loved playing in beta and after release for a short while, but most of my buddies went off to do other things. I've talked a few of my friends into coming back for the fodder program to give the game another shot and I definitely plan on opening my old account back up.
