Patches are applied only by the game installer / launcher. There are no patch downloads you can do with say... IE.

yeah, if we sent you a patch (presuming we could download just the file through EA's FTP server) theres no way you could patch with it, the patch files are just data files, not self-executing patches like those for BF2 or whatnot.

the patch files are just data files, not self-executing patches I meant that... I did that before with Starwars Galaxies and it worked...I mean send the data files to another person & they place them in the planetside directory =| ... But oh well i'll have my game patched by tomorrow anyway lol.
