So Jen and I are getting these bad boys so we can turn off the lights while gaming from here on out:

I have a G15 which is lighted, you would be better off getting one of them and get the extra functionality.

*edit, oh "got"....too late.

FYI hamma I have used both the blue eclipse model and the gaming model (also with blue LEDs). The eclipse lights were very dim making the keys hard to read in any lighting. The gaming model doesnt have glowing keys, but the glow that comes through in between the keys is really bright and looks awesome.

Cool looking, but honestly if anything but your monitor is putting off light while your gaming, your wrong.

uh? ok? I guess I forgot to read the Gamer training manual.

All the review's I've read have been good on it - I just think it looks cool. Jen still looks at her keys for some reason I stopped doing that years ago

Negative, I liked the fact that it didn't have any weird shape and that it didn't have media keys that I won't ever use.

 Canadian harborer indeed.

I've used the same generic Compaq keyboard since I started my computer career. All the keys but the winkeys have lost their lettering, but those two have been removed for 2 years.

This keyboard is like hell beneath the keys, crumbs, soda, crack, you name it, its under the keys. Hell I found my dog's tooth a year ago in there.

Thats pretty sick. I could use one cause I know I get caught misplacing my hands on what I think is the ASDW buttons and i somehow when i think i hit Z i manage to hit the windows button instead.

And of course, the ultimate in LED (or should I say OLED) keyboards has to be this:

Now pushed back to 2007, I'm sure this will be the price of a small house!
