i was interested in playing planetside again after a long absence. i read that there was going to be a "cannon fodder demo" that would let you reach BR6 and then play for a year with no advancement. i thought that i would start there, but they announced that they would try to have it out by the 14th (4 days ago). i figured i would just try a 10 day account in the meantime to see if they got the cannon fodder demo out by then, but when i click on the link on their website it just asks me for a key (which i dont have, it is a *trial* right?). anyways, does anyone know where to find a trial of planetside while i am waiting on the cannon fodder demo to come out?

What Nameless said - we are out of keys at the moment and they go like hot cakes when they do come in. So you just have to keep checking back on the key exchange page. :)

I get that this thread is about 5 years old now, but does anyone know how I can get a trial for my dad? I have a full account that I paid for straight through the SOE website but I didn't get any buddy keys. Does anyone know if I get anything like that or why the free trial button doesn't work on the site?

I was playing PS in the Reserves time (the free to play time) and was interested in getting my hands again on PS before PS2 comes (since I am totally interested in the game but somehow can't feel so comfortable to old graphics anymore).
