Just a beginner question

Hey guys. I just wanted to know what i had to buy to install this game. Do i only have to buy Aftershock to get everything or do i buy the original and update it?

I dont think the original is even out there anymore. Your best bet is Aftershock either via digital download or in stores if you can find it. Check out our Play Now section:

As of the start of the Reserve program, the original game and the expansion will no longer exist. Aftershock contains both the original and expansion (Core Combat) and SOE has announced that finally anyone who just owned the original game and has not purchased the Core Combat expansion will recieve it free. Thus, the original and expansion will not be available anymore and the only available product will be Aftershock which is both, and all versions past and present will be the same.
