Getting Item Key

Hello, I just baught the game and down-loaded it. How do I get an item key so I can now start playing! Please help me.

If you purchased from Direct2Drive or something it should mail you a key.

How fast should it be. I did get an E-mail from Direct2Drive. Should it be in there, I didn't see it and I am checking it again.

No didn't see that Item Key anywhere. I keep on getting the letter starting in "Congratulations!"

I at looking at the "My Games" it is showing me that PlanetSide: Aftershock is there but for the key it has "Activation Key: (Not applicable)"
