so i have to wait for someone to donate one or can someone do it now?Yes you have to wait. All keys are donated by existing subscribers. The PSU staff have no keys to give, we only setup the exchange program to facilitate a place to make key donations and to give those donated keys out as they come in.
Keep checking the page. As Hamma said, people donate here and there, but the keys go out quick when they do show up.
