You should take the training missions in game, dont bother with the offline training, its broken really bad. Once you complete the missions get your self an Outfit or atleast get into a Squad.

Battles will start over different facilities on different continents, You get to these battles using the Warp Gates, they will take you to the continent, then you must go to the Facility in a group/solo by foot/vehicle.

I haven't played the game in 2 years. But I know it's still the Jackhammer.

Also, make sure you spec in a vehicle right off the bat as well as get medium assault. Otherwise you'll be walking everywhere and it will suck.

Keys are only available when someone submits one. So if no one donates their key you'll have to wait a bit longer.
