Lost Cert points?

Can anyone tell me the correct number of Cert points im supposed to have at BR 12? I played near the begining and then took a long absence, I also heard that they uped the starting cert point total, so did older characters get that boost too? Thank you very much for your help.

I don't know about losing cert points but I could have sworn 1 of my characters was br13 but now its br8.

The only change they made was, instead of getting 4 to start and then 1 each level till 23, they took the points you would get at 6-12-18 (when you get implants) and moved them to br1 so you start with 7.

So by BR12 you would have 7+1+1+1+1+0+1+1+1+1+1+0=16
