Planetside Reserves product key??

So I've been downloading at a pathetic 80kbps all night, wake up to play the game, and once installed and logged in with my station username... it asks for a product key?

A product key for this free version? This isn't a buddy key.. this is a whole different system. I search on google for a half hour for information... nothing. I would love to go on the official planetside forums... BUT I DON'T have an account to even access them... wtf.

I'm assuming you specifically downloaded reserves client from the Sony Page?
It's different than the normal game installer.

Joining the Planetside Fan club should grant you access to the Sony Forums

Finally, check the thread in this forum about modifying the launchpad to download the reserves client. Check you command line and see if it matches the line in that thread. If you got the normal install as opposed to the reserves client, that command line format may correct your install so that it's a reserve client copy.
