Terrian type?

I know there will be different terrian types from all the screen shots we've seen. There will probably be some hardcore fans that will only play on a certian terrian type or types. What type of terrian will you play on the most or are looking foward to playing on. I, myself, will probably spend most of my time on the snow terrian maps. So how about the rest of you?

What terrain type is the NC sanctuary? :p

I'll fight wherever the battles are, you don't have much choice as to what terrain type you want to fight on. If I had to state a preference then probably temperate grassland/forest.

I dont care about terrain types but some of those dence foresty type shots look sweet cant wait to have a huge battle in there :D

A foggy swamp full of holes that men drown in... fighting there should be damn interesting..

I like to be in snowy and swampy area at least in EQ. The best for me is to change areas lots of time, because I get pretty fast tired of being to long in one sort of area. I will however spent less time in desert areas, I think.

I think people will jump around for 3 reasons
1) you may not always be able to play on that Continent
2)Experince and Threat levels
3)People get bored of looking at the same scenery for too long

Places with lotsa cover. Swamps and forests will do nicely.

Yea I like playing in heavily vegitated areas, swamps, forests, rolling green hills. :D

I'm going to try them all. Of course I'll go where the action is or where I'm needed but, I'll probably stick to the snow for the most part then again it it just depends. I'll have to play all of them before I really decide what I like the best.

Fighting in snowy areas will be cool :p
It will be nice if there is a *crunch...Crunch...Crunch* as you walk around. Oh and foot prints, tire marks and Blizards! Abominal snow men! and regular snow men!! Igloos and Pengawins! and Eskimos! Polarbears!1

It probably will make a different sound, when I played back in December, as you walked across the different terrain it all had its own sound. Like if you walked off teh grass into concrete - etc. I'm sure snow has its own effect.

Place with most action for sure. I'm staying in the thick of things. But I do wanna see what missiles do to the snow.

Mountains, definately. They should have nice choak-points for me to blast away at with my thumper.

Plus it's always fun to jump down amungst the enemy and start spraying lead every which way.

I like ALOT of foliage, imagine how great it would be to have 2 armies walk up on each other in the middle of a forrest. The frontline runs up on one guy thinking he's a straggler and suddenly a large army emerges.

For some reason, I find the frozen terrain appealing. Even though the TR's big red uni's will stick out like a sore thumb.

So what if TR stick out in the snow, everybody else will to. I think for playing infantry or buggy I would like to play in a forrest (hopefully shealtered from tanks). But I would like playing in open areas for non-buggy vehicles and maxes.

I go where the fight is, but the scenery I am looking forward to the most is Lava areas. They are always great graphically, hopefully it holds true here.

Right now im playing americas army to hone my mad sniping skillz and i like the snow map alot its very fun.
