Much like a dream, the device will render your muscles incapable of moving and instead use all the signals your brain sends to them to move you in the game enviroment. Games that do not use a human to machine / weapon / person interface will have maping commands where for instance if you move your left finger you will select something your looking at (think RPG). cant wait.
