I just realized that for the first time in my life I have a little bit of a gut. I really should start working out. Unfortunatly I know nothing about this. Someone help me... I need some sort of work out plan that I can do at home. (Clubs cost too much $$)

Go to the gym, dont eat so much. It worked for me.

Running is very important...
This is the way I do my workout, just to keep from getting out of shape.
Monday: Long distance running/ Lower body
- I just run a few miles
- Squats
Tuesday: Upper body
- Pyramid Pushups
- Leg lifts
- Pull ups
Wednesday: Sprinting
- Short sprints
- Hills
- Stairs
Thursday: Upper Body
- Pyramid pushups
- Leg lifts
- Pullups
Friday: Long Distance running / Lower body
- Run a few miles
- Squats
Saturday: Upper body
- Pyramid Pushups
- Leg Lifts
- Pullups
Sunday is a day of rest. You need to rest or else you will not see results. This is just what I do, for the most part. I am showing you this so that you can have a starting point, and then modify it to your body, and liking. Hope if helps.

^ I agree, running/walking is really important. I have started walking/running more often, its more of a time waster, but I have noticed results. Also, find part time farm work, that will get you into shape.

Gut is a gut. Do some abb workouts and run, eat healthy, stay tuned and dont sit your ass all day.
Unless you do actually want to build, then do other complicated workouts. But as far as i'm concerned, it's just your lazyness that needs to be worked on.

I'm getting a gut as well.
Mine us due to beer though, exersize is to much work.

Um... so you have a beer belly. That doesn't mean you need to go "OMG 5 forms of fitness" on yourself.
Eat better, drink less soft drink and moar water, jog.
Ab excercises help too.

I don't move alot lately... I also have about 20-30 pounds too much... sucks ass.
I don't eat bad... I just don't move alot lately... guess I'll start biking more and running more.

Same here I need to get more active.. I could stand to loose 30 for the better of my health its a goal for myself ... computer games tend to make you want to sit on your ass and do noting but gain more pounds on your Ass..:lol: Im trying to be more active to get fitter

Thing is... I have no motivation. I'm with a girl I love... she doesn't seem to mind... so why not sit on my ass? :lol:
All I really need to lose is a layer of fat that annoys me. Hell I used to have pecs and in the past 8-9 months they've been hiding being this layer of fat that makes it look like the begining of man boobs. Not sexy... atleast not for me but again... my girlfriend doesn't push me to exercise since she says she doesn't mind.
